On January 1, 2018, Mel Schultz and the ownership of New Concepts Management Group (NCMGI) formed Clarity Commercial Services, LLC to further their efforts on growing a Commercial Real Estate portfolio and business. We are very active with various trade associations including the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Minnesota Chapter, and at the National level. Our commitment to our client’s growth, education and training sets us apart from the rest.
